Flora Duo Freebie

Hi all, been a little busy recently putting together some cards for Stuart's work who are doing an office collection for the Haiti Earthquake, to help support the people out there.  We managed to give 69 cards in total, so hopefully they will raise some money for a very sad cause.

Todays freebie is a couple of digi stamps, both flowers.  They will come to you in jepg format and I hope you like them.  The heart one would make a lovely valentine card as it is made completely from different shaped hearts.

Thanks for stopping by...

Magical Unicorn Freebie

Hello again, well I finally got over the 8,000 download celebrations, which is well on the way to 9,000 now.  I am sooooooooooo glad so many people are enjoying my designs. But I am sure I have told you that before, lol.
Anyway, you may recognise the basic shape of my Magical Unicorn as Peanut the Pony, but with a few tweeks I think he makes a wonderful Unicorn.  I have already used him in a couple of projects and he works really well.
By clicking on the image above you will be taken to the download site, and in the download you will receive;
  •  One Gold Unicorn in jpeg and png format
  •  One Silver Unicorn in jpeg and png format
  •  One Unicorn Digi Stamp
Thanks again for all the wonderful comments you leave both on my blog and on 4share, I read them all and love to hear what you say.

Happy Crafting,

Lucy the Sheep Freebies

Hi again, I said I would be back with a freebie and here it is, Lucy the Sheep.  Well not just Lucy but nearly a whole flock by the time I had finished.  As you can see you will get 3 coloured in Sheep,  in both jpeg and png format, and also as usual a jpeg digi stamps is included.  Just click on the image above to download it.

I also decided to do some Word Art to go with Lucy the Sheep, I have included it in a seperate download so that it is easier for lower bandwidth users and you don't have to download them if you don't want.  In the download, which you can have by clicking the image below, you will get an A4 sheet of 7 different Word Arts, that you can resize to your own needs.  Also in the download you will get all 7 of the Word Arts in png format.  Take a look and see if there is something you like.

I really hope you like these images...

A Card with a Bear

Just look at this fabulous card made by Betty Benton, aren't those colours perfect?  Betty has her own blog called BeeBee Stamps, and it is full of wonderful cards like the one above.  There main feature of course is one of my images called Wilson the Bear and she has coloured in the Digi Stamp so well.  I love what she has done, it made me smile, and what more compliment can you give a card!!!

Thank you Betty, I really do love to see what people have done with any of my images

Hopefully there will be another freebie later today, so don't move to far...  lol

Chloe Mandala Freebie

Hi all, today's freebie is something I have been wanting to try for a little while.  I have so many Mandala stamps, I have done so many pretty things with them over the years I have been crafting, I thought I would give it a try to make one.

They are not as easy as they look!!!

I have to admit I have not tried it yet, though I have already printed it out and it sits on my 'to do' pile.  I did a colour one on the computer, and this image is included in the download in both png and jpeg formats.  But the main download is the Mandala itself, a jpeg image just waiting for colour, cutting and layering.  Just click on the large Mandala image at the top of this post to be taken to the download site.

Happy Crafting,

An Out of this World Card

So what do you think of this bright and cheerful card made by Carol from Bills Favorite Stamper? I love the imagination that went into it, I would never of thought of using Alien Sid as a 'love' card, but doesn't it work a treat?  Thank you very much Carol for sharing this card with us, definately it has given me some inspiration!!

On a totally  un-crafty related note, if anyone is trying to get in touch with me by phone, then I am afraid we have a problem.  BT is trying to fix it, but it may take a few days and until it gets fixed our phone is not working, but oddly the internet is, but not brilliantly.    So if you want to get in touch, use texts, or ring my mobile.  E-mails will get through, but as I said it is a bit hit and miss if we can get online.  Strangely, the engineer from BT left a message on our mobile phone, saying they wanted to come around on Monday afternoon, he said he had tried to phone our landline and couldn't get through!!??!!????  Er...  that is the problem BT....  lol...  got to laugh at times haven't you.

Okay, thats all for now.

Love Heart Bear Freebie

Hello, well the time of year that everyone thinks of love is approaching, so here is my contribution to the Vatentine season.  Though by the look of things I am not sure my little bear is ready to give his heart to anyone.

Today's freebie, cheerfully called Love Heart Bear, is a cute little chap hugging his heart close to his chest. In the download you will get 2 coloured bears in jepg and png format and 1 jpeg did stamp. I hope you find a good use for him.

'Til next time, Happy Crafting,

Carol's Little Pony

Hi again, what do you all think of this card made my Carol, one of my readers, for her Grandaughters 7th birthday?  Isn't it gorgous?  Peanut the Pony has long been one of  my favourite creations, and Carol has done him proud.  Carol has more information about her card on her blog, Bills Favorite Stamper, which not only has Peanut but many other wonderful cards, and is well worth a look.

Thank you very much for sharing your card making talent with us Carol.

There's No Place Like Home Freebie

'Baby, it's cold outside' - I don't care who is singing it, I just have to agree with them.  Here I am, mostly the warmest bunny in the warren and even I have to keep turning the heating on for a boost of warmth.  I hope all my U.K. readers are keeping warm, and of course anyone else who lives in not so sunny parts of the World.

I decided to post another freebie as I was supposed to be ringing my sister to get an address from her for a card I want to send for my nephews birthday, but she seems to be braving the cold weather and gone out, or she is ignoring my phone calls..  lol.  So having had done my chores around the house (well some of them at least), I decided enough was enough and sat down to do a spot of blogging.

Todays Freebie is a first for me, it is actually 3 digi stamps and no coloured image, so if you like colouring in you will love this one.  Each cottage is slightly different in the foliage department, and looking at the lovely blooms they were definately drawn in a more temperate frame of mind.

In the download you will get 3 jpg cottage digi stamps, which I hope you will enjoy colouring in for your card making or scrapbooking, or indeed and crafty endeavour. I did notice one of the cottages in the above image seems to have one of its bushes chopped off, I am not sure how that happened (well I do and am feeling to lazy to fix it), but the images you receive in the download will be complete I promise.

Keep yourselves happy and warm,

Bookworm Bookmark Freebie

Wow, the weekend is nearly upon us once more, this week seems to have flown by, maybe it's all the crafting I have been doing with some of the lovely crafty Christmas gifts I received.  I am such a lucky girl!!!!  I will have to show off some of my creations, and see what you think... lol.

Anyway, onto today's freebie, which is as you can see a new Bookmark.  I thought Lilly the Bookworm deserved her own bookmark, and created one yesterday.  Just click on the image above to be taken to the download site.

Bookworm Bookmark is a small file, so won't take long to download.  It contains one jpeg image file, which includes a front and back of the bookmark.  The front has three Lilly's on a background of books, and the back has a small poem written on it.  Just print out to the size you want, cut out and then stick the front to the back.  I like to laminate bookmarks to give them a bit more endurance, but it is not needed if you don't want to.

I hope you like this download, I have previously got some nice responses to the bookmarks I have done, so I know there are a few of my readers who like them.

Have a great weekend,
Greebs..xx

Lilly the Bookworm Freebie

Hello again, so here at last is my first freebie of 2010, and it is one I drew just the other day after spending a late Christmas with my sister and her family.  It turns out my sister's oldest daughter is a bit of a bookaholic, which is no surprise really as both my sister and I when younger read books avidly so I guess it runs in the family.  Anyway, I had been toying with the idea of a bookworm, so it gave me the push to make one, and I hope my niece doesn't mind to much that I have named it after her.

Lilly the Bookworm comes to you as a coloured jpeg and png image.  I have also included 2 digi stamps in jpeg format, one has writing on the cover of the book and the other doesn't, so you can add your own title if you wish.

As usual I would be really happy to see anything you create with this image, or indeed any of my images.  So don't be shy, I would love to hear from you.

When Emily Met Trevor

Happy New Year to you all, I hope you had a wonderful festive season and 2010 has started well and continues that way.

My first blog of this new decade is about a card I received from my niece Emily.  You may remember that I had a request for a Turkey image last year, it was Emily who asked, and the result was Trevor the Turkey.  She made such a good job of colouring him in I wanted to show you all her work, she used metallic jelly pens and felt tips to colour in Trevor, then wrote out the Turkey Prayer on a seperate piece of paper which she made to look old using more colouring.  The large black ribbon has the words Merry Christmas running through it, isn't the card super, I think she did a wonderful job.

The words of the Turkey prayer are:-
Dear God
I am writing about some concerns I have as a Turkey
It seems that in your infinite wisdom you decided
to make us fat, flightless and evidently delicious
Did we do something to make you mad?
Sincerly yours
Mr Turkey
Made me laugh just a little,  Thanks Emily.

See you all soon with the first freebie of 2010,

Greebs..xx
