Swinging Bird

Hi all, sorry for not posting for what seems like forever, I have been suffering from digi block, and have been fiddling with different drawings and deleting them as they are really not what I was looking for.  So if any of you have any ideas of things to draw then let me know in the comments.  I can't promise to draw your ideas, after all I freely admit I am not the best at drawing, but maybe you will have some ideas that I haven't thought about.

Anyway, I did come up with this little digi for you all, basically, what you see above is what you get in the download, a jpg digi stamp image.  Except of course for the the writing, yours of course, comes with my blurb all over it.  Just click on the image to be taken to the download site.

Croc Freebie

Hello again, seems ages since I last posted, and indeed I do think it is ages.  Ah well, at last I have a new freebie for you, but to call it new isn't exactly right, as I drew this ages and ages ago.  Phew, there does seem to a lot of 'ages' in this paragraph.  lol.

Piggin' Cheeky Freebie

Hello ~waves~...  phew I am hot...  I know I shouldn't really complain... but... phew I am hot !!!  I am sure that this is not normal weather for October in England...  well at least in my little corner of our fair isle.  Still, I have an excuse to sit down and do a little drawing, it's really much to warm to do anything to energetic isn't it?

Do you know I like piggies, I have quite a collection of different ones... little ones, big ones, cuddly ones, ugly ones and cute ones as well.  So I thought I would inflict another little piggy on you all...  and yes he is a little cheeky as he is sticking out his tongue.  Seemed like it was something he be should do.

From the Top Santa Freebie

This is the last of my From The Top images, which I am sure you can all recognise as Santa, but as I was just looking at it now, you can also use the digi stamp image and use different colours and turn Santa into a Gnome.  Sorry was just a thought, but I am sure you can see where I am coming from ... lol.

I really like this image, and is my favourite of the 'From the Tops', I just love his little nose, and to be honest I just love Santa...  makes me feel all happy and bright.  If you want him, just click on the image above, and in the download you will find, a coloured and a digi stamp image in both jpg and png formats.

A Flying Rudolph Freebie

'On Blister, On Dumpster, On Dishwasher, On Pincer...'  

All those lovely Reindeer names I remember so well, but there is always one missing from Santa's cry...  and that's Rudolph, not sure why he forgets every time, maybe he is getting a little forgetful as he gets older !!! 

Whatever the reason, I have decided to help Santa out this year, and gently nudge his memory by sending him this little image out into the World of the Web.   Hopefully this will prove that I am a good little girl this year, and he will add me to the appropriate side of his list.

Oh look it snowed last night and see what I made....  lol.

Snowflake 2011 Freebie...

Hi again, I am so glad that you liked yesterday's freebie, as I have 2 more of a similar nature waiting to show you, but not today, today's freebie can be a snowflake, star or bauble.  I have coloured it in 2 different colours, blue and Christmas, though you do get the digi stamp of the image to colour in however you wish.

From the Top Christmas Tree Freebie

I did warn you that Christmas was coming early to my blog, and yes it has arrived, and to prove it I am putting up my tree, it's absolutely full of baubles, and for a change I am giving you a different view of it, looking down from above.  Phew, that was a entirely to long sentence I believe, sorry about that.

You may say that it's much to early to be thinking about Christmas, but in the crafty world, if you are like me, the cards have already started to be made.  I have been making Christmas cards for a couple of months now, and I just love finding the freebie festive images that have started to trickle into the freebie digi world.

A very scary freebie !!

Don't Panic !!!!

It's not a nasty, creepy spider, it's just Simon, hoping to get to know you better.  I am really not sure why I decided to draw a spider, I can honestly say I am not one of their biggest fans.  But - as you know with me, things sort of develop into other things and suddenly my new image is there.

So, after I have crawled out from behind the sofa, I took a good look, and thought to myself, 'Hey, Simon doesn't look that scary, you big girls blouse'.  I really hope you agree, and click on the image above to download him.

Meerkat Freebie

Hi all, this is a very special post, and I am giving you one of my favourite animals as a download as a treat for you all.  The reason why this post is special is that I have just gone over 100,000 downloads from my blog, and I was rather chuffed at reaching that splendid achievement. 

The trouble with having an all freebie blog is that I can't give you anything for helping me reach that huge figure, so I decided to draw a Meerkat as a thank you.  I love Meerkat's, I am not sure why, but every time I see one I just go 'Ahhhhhhh'.  I hope you find this image as pleasing as I do,  as it took me a while to get it just how I wanted it, and to be honest, the poor creature went through a redraw just this morning.  LOL.

Another day, another Freaky Critter, well you will be happy to hear that this is the penultimate one, yes, the Freaks are ending soon.  As you can see this time, I have 'put the bunny back in the box' ...  Okay... okay... Freaky Critters Part 1 Freebie

Hello, I am so excited about this set of downloads, that I simply HAD to start the set off today, a day earlier than I had planned.  So, my dear readers, I want you all to gather round and put your hands together - (echo's of polite clapping ) - for the very first part of Freaky Critters....

In this Freaky set are seven Freaky Critters, starting with today's offering, a Freaky Owl.  Tee, hee... I wonder what the record is for having the word Freaky in a sentence? 

Each of the Critters start with two things that are the same, the body/head shape and the eyes,  you will see what I mean as the days go by, because I will be posting a Freaky Freebie over the next few days until I run out of them, which should be next Saturday.  The funniest thing is this owl, which was the first Critter I drew, was supposed to be a Bee, but somehow it morphed mid drawing into this owl.  Don't ask me how my mind works, it scares even me sometimes !!!

Stitched Dragonflies Freebie

Hi all, not posted for a while, sorry for that, no excuse, just being very lazy...  I was at the Summer Crafting Event at Doncaster at the weekend, all those crafting folks I had seen on the tv were there, and so many things to buy. Such fun!!!

Today's freebie was an experiment for me, I had an idea to do a dragonfly with buttons, so I had a go, and was not completely happy, so tried again.  The next one I liked a lot better, there is not that much difference between them, but it is nice to have a choice.  I shan't tell you the one I didn't like so much, I just hope you enjoy both.

Dotty About Flowers Part 1

Hi again, hope you are all well, I am feeling good at the moment, feeling quite excited actually as Stuart and I have bought tickets to go to the Summer Crafting Show at Doncaster, we have never been to a large craft show before so should be a great experience for us both.  I am of course busily saving all my pennies to spend there, but I might have to resort to spending all the pennies that Stuart saves up as well.  Tee Hee !!

Today's freebie is all about flowers, as you can probably tell.  There are quite a few different elements in the download, each coloured image available in both png and jpg formats, and each coloured image has a jpg Digi Stamp to go with it.  I think the large main flower image would look lovely decoupaged up, and hopefully there is something for everyone to play with.  Tomorrow, or possibly Wednesday I will post up some matching papers in 5 different colours, so that's something to look out for...

Angel of Craft Freebie

Hello, hope you are all well out there in the Crafty World, I am quite happy as Andy Murray has got through the first round of Wimbledon, me being a little bit of a Tennis fan, it was nice to watch him on the tv last night.  First hurdle over, on to the next one...  yay...

Today's freebie I drew quite a while ago, she is a little angel, which I called Angel of Craft.  I actually added an extra little angel into the download folder, an angel who is sprinkling crafty goodness, but as I added her after I made the image above she is not shown.  So it will be an extra freebie for those who decide to download, by clicking on the image above.

Bird Spotting Part 5 Freebie

Well this is it, the final part of Bird Spotting, when you download this one, you should have the full set. In today's download you will find eight papers with a black spotty motif, exactly the same as the white spot papers earlier this week... but it surprising (to me at least) how different the papers look with a different spots.

Also included are two extra coloured Spotty Birds, which are brand new as I made them this morning as an extra tweet, er I think I meant treat there - lol.  They match the colours of the kit, but give you some extra birds to use if you wish.

I really hope you have liked this set of freebies.  I always find spotty papers are needed, and I like all the colours in the set.  The birds themselves are really usable, easy to cut out, and quite cute to look at.

Bird Spotting Part 2 Freebie

Hi again, hopefully you have already downloaded the main Bird Spotting images from yesterday because today's freebie compliments them perfectly.  Just click on the image above to go to the download site.

When I made up the card made from this set, I wished I had some plain matching papers to go with the images, and being the 'creator' I was able to correct that small over site 8).  So today I give you coordinating plain papers, which are slightly textured.  It's not showing up so well in the image above, so you will have to trust me on that one...  lol.   As you can see you get seven papers, the colours are all picked out from the two coloured Spotty Birds from yesterday.  Also today you get a set of flourishes, in different colours, they are all png's which will allow you to add them to our own designs if you have a Graphics program.

Bird Spotting Part 1 Freebie

Hey there, well as promised here is the very first part of this weeks freebie set.  For the next five days I will be posting parts of my new Bird Spotting Freebie, which includes, images, word art, papers and flourishes, so don't forget to check back each day.

To start off the week I give you the main image of Bird Spotting, and yes... it is a spotty bird, how's that for a play on words... LOL.  I also have included 4 papers with this first download, which you can get by clicking on the image above. 

The Spotty Bird comes to you as two coloured images, in png and jpg formats, and a jpg digi stamp as well.  The papers, are 300 dpi, jpg's, in slightly lighter shades than the main images, so they almost look like vellums.

Such a Tease....

Hi all, sorry no freebie today, but instead a couple of cards.  These are special cards, as Stuart and I set ourselves a card making challenge on Saturday, and the challenge was to make a card from next weeks 'week long' freebie special.  I won't tell you who made which card, but both cards had the same images and papers to work with. Of course extra papers, inks and embellishments have been used, plus a large use of Spellbinder Dies...  LOL, but I hope you get a subtle flavour of what you will get throughout the coming week.

Welcome Home Card

Granny's Cottage Freebie

I tend to think about strange things at times, like last night as I was laying in bed, I wondered if girls still wore Slips.  You know under dresses and skirts to stop the cling.. rofl.  I haven't worn a dress or skirt since I was at school, many moons ago, and it was just something I was pondering before going to sleep.  I know I am odd!!!

Anyway, enough of my oddness, and here as promised on both Facebook (it'll never catch on), and Twitter (no one reads my tweets ~sigh~), here is the brand new freebie, tee hee!!!  I decided to call it Granny's Cottage, mainly because it looks a little like the bungalow my Nan used to live in.  I prefer the word cottage to bungalow, which is a really strange word when you come to think of it.  Will have to look up the origins, and see why they decided to call a house without an upstairs a bungalow.  Oh know, am pondering again!!!  Sorry.

Pretty Petals Freebie

If I were feeling uncharitable at this moment I could say 'Bah Humbug', why I hear you all cry.  So I shall tell you, my sister Sue is buying herself a Grand Calibur today, lucky sister.   My jealousy has no bounds, I am literally green with envy.  I want, I want, I want...  ~stamps foot~

Feel better now, apart from my foot, that hurts as I stamped so hard.  LOL!!!  I am not really green with envy, that would be such an unbecoming colour, but she is a very lucky sister me thinks...

Anyway, to take my mind off the Grand Calibur, I am giving away these 'Pretty Petals' papers as my latest freebie.  They are all 300 dpi, A5 papers. in various shades of prettiness.  In the image above you can see a close up of the papers, pink, green, blue, purple and brown.  Also you get a Digi Stamp of a matching flower in the download, which you can get by clicking on the image above.

Heartfelt Card and Tag

Hi all, I just couldn't keep these to myself when Barbara sent me an e-mail showing me what she had done with my Heartfelt Owl image, aren't the card and tag gorgeous? I adore the colours, and they inspired me to do some owl colouring in myself yesterday, I had a great time.

V is for Victor(y) Freebie

Yay, victory that 4Shared is working again, at least for me to upload my freebies again.  I do know that some of you are having troubles downloading my images, and I honestly do not know what the troubles could be.  If anyone else has had the same trouble and fixed it, could you let us know how you did it please.

This image I used on Stuart's sister Netty's birthday card, she likes Vultures, and was really pleased with her card.  Of course I forgot to take a picture to show you all...  but just think absolutely fabulous, and you will pretty darn close ~big grin~.

Just click the image above to got to the download site, and you will hopefully be able to download Victor.  In the folder you will receive, a coloured Victor in both jpg and png formats, and of course a digi stamp for you to colour in yourself.

Hi all, tried to post a new freebie yesterday, but 4shared was playing up and I couldn't upload my file.  Tried again today and the same problem.  Have now written to them to see what the problem is, so while I am waiting I shall sit here and twiddle my thumbs....

I love the Wilson Bear Freebie, it was named for my very own Teddy that I cuddled up to not so long ago.  The papers that come with this one are gorgeous, and of course not forgetting the Digi Stamp, that I forgot to put in the image.

One to never forget, that's Elle the Elephant.  Such a cutie isn't she, especially the one with the mouse on her back...

A really early one this, Butterfly Kisses, no Digi Image, but really nice colourful images for you to enjoy, I have seem some really nice cards made with these.

Two little monkeys, I love the feet.  Makes me giggle just to look at them...  lol.

Heartfelt Owl Freebie

Hi again, yes I know, it's another owl, but I like owls, and I thought this one was cute, so I give him to you.  Just click the image above to go to the download site, and once downloaded you will find you have a coloured owl image in jpg and png formats, and a jpg digi stamp as well.

This would look great decoupaged, or paper pieced.  Hope you enjoy making him into a crafty item to treasure.

Just saw on the QVC UK website that Dawn Bibby is leaving, I remember watching her more years ago than I care to mention, she inspired me to craft, and I probably would not be were I am with this blog if it wasn't for her crafty enthusiasm starting me off on my crafting adventure.  I wish her well in her next venture, whatever it turns out to be.

Zebra Freebie

Hi again, can you believe it, the weekend is here again?  I suppose with the Bank Holiday (May Day), last Monday it has made this week shorter, but it does seem to of flown by.  It looks like today will have to be Housework Day, the house is looking rather in need of a bit of TLC.  With the weather being so nice and the windows and doors open, I think all the dust from outside has ended inside on my furniture.  Ah well, it has to be done sometime doesn't it?  (Hopefully you will all say NO now, and I can get on a do something far more to my liking LOL)

Anyway, enough of my dirty house problems... and on to today's freebie, which I like very much.  I haven't got a name for him/her, which is a shame I know, but I am sure you can come up with something if you want to.  To download my Zebra, just click on the image above, and in the download you will find, a coloured Zebra in both jpg and png formats, and of course the jpg Digi Stamp Image as well.

I have had a couple of comments from  Silverbutterfly about not being able to download my images, I am sorry about that.  I can honestly say I am not sure what the problem is.  As far as I am aware no one else is having a persistent problem like yours.  Occasionally '4Shared' do have problems, which they fix as soon as possible, but as I said I am not aware of any problems from them.  All I can say is to delete your computer cache, maybe there is a glitchy page stored,  clear  your cookies and history and try then.  I hope this fixes the problem for you.
