Granny's Cottage Freebie

I tend to think about strange things at times, like last night as I was laying in bed, I wondered if girls still wore Slips.  You know under dresses and skirts to stop the cling.. rofl.  I haven't worn a dress or skirt since I was at school, many moons ago, and it was just something I was pondering before going to sleep.  I know I am odd!!!

Anyway, enough of my oddness, and here as promised on both Facebook (it'll never catch on), and Twitter (no one reads my tweets ~sigh~), here is the brand new freebie, tee hee!!!  I decided to call it Granny's Cottage, mainly because it looks a little like the bungalow my Nan used to live in.  I prefer the word cottage to bungalow, which is a really strange word when you come to think of it.  Will have to look up the origins, and see why they decided to call a house without an upstairs a bungalow.  Oh know, am pondering again!!!  Sorry.

Pretty Petals Freebie

If I were feeling uncharitable at this moment I could say 'Bah Humbug', why I hear you all cry.  So I shall tell you, my sister Sue is buying herself a Grand Calibur today, lucky sister.   My jealousy has no bounds, I am literally green with envy.  I want, I want, I want...  ~stamps foot~

Feel better now, apart from my foot, that hurts as I stamped so hard.  LOL!!!  I am not really green with envy, that would be such an unbecoming colour, but she is a very lucky sister me thinks...

Anyway, to take my mind off the Grand Calibur, I am giving away these 'Pretty Petals' papers as my latest freebie.  They are all 300 dpi, A5 papers. in various shades of prettiness.  In the image above you can see a close up of the papers, pink, green, blue, purple and brown.  Also you get a Digi Stamp of a matching flower in the download, which you can get by clicking on the image above.

Heartfelt Card and Tag

Hi all, I just couldn't keep these to myself when Barbara sent me an e-mail showing me what she had done with my Heartfelt Owl image, aren't the card and tag gorgeous? I adore the colours, and they inspired me to do some owl colouring in myself yesterday, I had a great time.

V is for Victor(y) Freebie

Yay, victory that 4Shared is working again, at least for me to upload my freebies again.  I do know that some of you are having troubles downloading my images, and I honestly do not know what the troubles could be.  If anyone else has had the same trouble and fixed it, could you let us know how you did it please.

This image I used on Stuart's sister Netty's birthday card, she likes Vultures, and was really pleased with her card.  Of course I forgot to take a picture to show you all...  but just think absolutely fabulous, and you will pretty darn close ~big grin~.

Just click the image above to got to the download site, and you will hopefully be able to download Victor.  In the folder you will receive, a coloured Victor in both jpg and png formats, and of course a digi stamp for you to colour in yourself.

Hi all, tried to post a new freebie yesterday, but 4shared was playing up and I couldn't upload my file.  Tried again today and the same problem.  Have now written to them to see what the problem is, so while I am waiting I shall sit here and twiddle my thumbs....

I love the Wilson Bear Freebie, it was named for my very own Teddy that I cuddled up to not so long ago.  The papers that come with this one are gorgeous, and of course not forgetting the Digi Stamp, that I forgot to put in the image.

One to never forget, that's Elle the Elephant.  Such a cutie isn't she, especially the one with the mouse on her back...

A really early one this, Butterfly Kisses, no Digi Image, but really nice colourful images for you to enjoy, I have seem some really nice cards made with these.

Two little monkeys, I love the feet.  Makes me giggle just to look at them...  lol.

Heartfelt Owl Freebie

Hi again, yes I know, it's another owl, but I like owls, and I thought this one was cute, so I give him to you.  Just click the image above to go to the download site, and once downloaded you will find you have a coloured owl image in jpg and png formats, and a jpg digi stamp as well.

This would look great decoupaged, or paper pieced.  Hope you enjoy making him into a crafty item to treasure.

Just saw on the QVC UK website that Dawn Bibby is leaving, I remember watching her more years ago than I care to mention, she inspired me to craft, and I probably would not be were I am with this blog if it wasn't for her crafty enthusiasm starting me off on my crafting adventure.  I wish her well in her next venture, whatever it turns out to be.

Zebra Freebie

Hi again, can you believe it, the weekend is here again?  I suppose with the Bank Holiday (May Day), last Monday it has made this week shorter, but it does seem to of flown by.  It looks like today will have to be Housework Day, the house is looking rather in need of a bit of TLC.  With the weather being so nice and the windows and doors open, I think all the dust from outside has ended inside on my furniture.  Ah well, it has to be done sometime doesn't it?  (Hopefully you will all say NO now, and I can get on a do something far more to my liking LOL)

Anyway, enough of my dirty house problems... and on to today's freebie, which I like very much.  I haven't got a name for him/her, which is a shame I know, but I am sure you can come up with something if you want to.  To download my Zebra, just click on the image above, and in the download you will find, a coloured Zebra in both jpg and png formats, and of course the jpg Digi Stamp Image as well.

I have had a couple of comments from  Silverbutterfly about not being able to download my images, I am sorry about that.  I can honestly say I am not sure what the problem is.  As far as I am aware no one else is having a persistent problem like yours.  Occasionally '4Shared' do have problems, which they fix as soon as possible, but as I said I am not aware of any problems from them.  All I can say is to delete your computer cache, maybe there is a glitchy page stored,  clear  your cookies and history and try then.  I hope this fixes the problem for you.

New Growth Freebie

Hello again, hope all is well in your crafty worlds today.  What a grand weekend we have just had, what with the Royal Wedding and all, time for lots of crafting and some fun time spent with hubby Stuart, brilliant!!!

We have four fruit tree's in our garden, and they are looking all green now, it is so lovely to see all the new growth on the branches, and it made me want to give you a small taste of my garden.  So, saying that here it is...  just click on the image above to be taken to the 4shared download site.
