Hello Crafters, a really long time no see. Sorry about that, sometimes your mojo vanishes and you can think of nothing creative or different to do - but then, sometimes, inspiration strikes from nowhere and a little crafty masterpiece is born. No saying this little butterfly freebie is a masterpiece, but he/it was fun to make, totally made up of little rings, hence the name... er... hmm... Well, I thought it would sound posher in French, so hope the name means what I think it does... ' The Butterfly of Rings'.
In the download, which you can get by clicking on the picture above, you will find one png Butterfly, 300 dpi. It's quite nice to be able see through to your background, so whatever you use with show through. I put a shadow on the image above so you can see it better, your image will not have this, but of course you can add one with a graphics program if you so wish.
If you like this sort of thing, let me know and maybe I can come up with some more images of rings for you to have...
Take care... and Happy Crafting...

ReplyDeleteThanks for the beautiful butterfly! Just a note about the French translation: "sonnerie" in French has the meaning of the sound of something ringing, like the telephone, or resounding like the call of a bugle. Whereas we can use ring as a verb for what the phone does and as a noun for a shape like a circle or a piece of jewelry for our fingers, sonnerie cannot be used in the context of shapes or jewelry. I think a better translation for your post would be: Un papillon aux cercles. Let's see if any native speakers comment on this.
